Learn how to make flavorful and famous राजस्थानी लहसुन की चटनी with our chef Toral Rindani<br /><br />Garlic chutney, also referred to as lahsun chutney, lehsun chutney, Red Chilli Garlic Chutney, and bellulli chutney, is a chutney, mostly prepared in Rajasthan(India). Made from fresh garlic and soaked red chili peppers, this 'Lasun Ki Chutney' is usually served as a side dish with a meal. One can have this 'Garlic Chutney' with Sukha Bhel, Bajre Ki Roti or Masala Khichdi<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />(Serves 2)<br />- 1 tbsp Oil<br />- 1/2 cup Garlic<br />- Red Chillies (soaked)<br />- 1/2 Ginger<br />- Cumin Seeds<br />- Salt<br />- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder<br /><br />Method:<br />1. Turn on the flame and heat oil in a pan<br />2. Once the oil is heated, put garlic in it <br />3. Stir them till the garlic turns light brown and in the same oil fry red chillies which have been soaked for 2-3 hours<br />4. Take both of them out in a separate bowl<br />5. Now, in a grinder grind fried garlic, fried red chillies, ginger and make a smooth paste out of it <br />6. Remove the paste or chutney and keep it aside <br />7. Now, in the same pan in which we fried garlic and red chillies, add cumin seeds and add chutney/paste to it <br />8. Add salt as per taste, followed with red chilli powder and saute it for few minutes<br />9. Take it out and store it in a jar
